My name is Brian Boyle, I was born and raised in Peterborough Ontario.

I am a retired Paramedic and Ambulance dispatcher with Peterborough Ambulance. It was this career in health care and the first hand experience of witnessing the care for children in that environment that prompted me to become Santa Claus. I wanted to make a difference in their lives, not only in times of need, but also in times of joy.

I have always loved Christmas, ever since I was a little boy. In fact, I was born on June 25, which is also known as Leon Day. Leon is Noel spelled backwards, and it marks the halfway point to Christmas. How cool is that? I guess you could say that I was destined to be Santa!

I am a Platinum member of the Worldwide Santa Claus Network. This includes ongoing training in several areas, which are key to my success while portraying Santa. These courses include:
